Registration or change of electoral domicile
The change of electoral address is a permanent service provided by the Consular Section in The Hague for Ecuadorians residing in the Netherlands. To carry out this procedure, you can come personally to our offices or make the change through the following options:
- Online, entering the following HERE
- By postal mail
- Enter the link CEE or print the document attached to this message
- Download and print the form.
- Print out the form with your personal details and sign it.
- Send the original form, with two (2) copies of your passport or citizenship card to the following postal address of the Embassy of Ecuador: Koninginengracht 84, 2514 AJ Den Haag

IMPORTANT:
According to current regulations, Ecuadorian citizens can exercise their right to vote from the age of 16.
Citizens who appear in the Electoral regoister may exercise their right to vote.
Citizens registered abroad are not subject to fines.
To access to online voting (voto telemático), you must register in advance.
