CONSULAR SECTION OF THE EMBASSY OF ECUADOR IN THE KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS
The Consular Section provides consular services and assistance to Ecuadorian citizens residing in the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean.
Consular services include: the issuance of passports, powers of attorney, sworn statements, and travel authorizations for minors; as well as apostilles and the formalization (protocolization) of documents. Additionally, the Consular Section provides civil registry services abroad, such as the issuance and registration of birth, marriage, and death certificates.
Assistance and support are also provided in cases involving vulnerability, legal matters, and violence.

CONSULAR FEE SCHEDULE
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, through Ministerial Agreement No. 0000026 dated March 20, 2023, issued the Consular and Diplomatic Fee Schedule, which was published in the Official Registry No. 293 on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
The new consular and diplomatic fee schedule lists the amounts that users must pay for consular services provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility through its zonal coordination offices nationwide and its consular offices abroad.
